Ken Segall's Tech X Talk for the IEEE Council on Superconductivity

Ken Segall, Great Sky's Superconducting Electronics Researcher and a physics professor at Colgate University, joined a Tech X discussion hosted by the IEEE Council on Superconductivity exploring how superconductors are transforming AI. The talk builds on our founder Jeff Shainline's IEEE Bridge article, "Superconductors and Light Will Transform AI," walking through the core ideas for an audience new to the field.

Ken has spent nearly two decades researching superconducting neuromorphic computing, and brings that depth to a clear, accessible breakdown of why superconducting circuits are so well suited to building brain-like hardware.
